how hard is it for a freshman voice major to get into university singers? also how hard is it for a pronciple to switch to performace?

I didn't try out this year .... Ummm....yeah everything all depends on how good you are and how your personality is etc etc etc...

If you are voice performance, it's not AS hard as it is for a freshman principle...well, in a girls case that is. If you are let in as a freshman, you're most likely to sing alto. As for principle becoming performance...it is pretty hard! Usually, if you get in...they place you a year behind what you were (e.g. a sophomore principle becomes freshman performance). In this case, a lot of people just get the performance certificate.
